Political Vandalism
A picture is worth....150 bucks!?! A newly erected sign advertising the future site of UTM’s Athletic, Health, and Wellness Centre fell victim to vandalism last week. Students were protesting the $150 levy.
Aramark employees at UTM criticize management practices of company
Employees of UTM's primary food service provider, Aramark, have lashed out at the company's management on campus. Numerous Aramark employees across campus have accused management of treating them in a hostile and unfriendly manner.

Stop the food fight
It’s about time. UTM has hired a brave soul to untie the knots between students and food service providers on campus. Teresa Carlisl was hired in December 2003 as Food Services Coordinator. Ms. Carlisl is encouraging students and faculty to address any concerns regarding food services on campus.

Unnamed crisis invades the lives of Erindale students
When asked about the crisis ripping apart UTM, a third year student replied, “Yeah, it’s a crisis, and it’s ripping apart UTM.” Never before has UTM faced such a problematic issue concerning the future and well- being of campus life, students’ welfare and the overall good of humankind in the universe.

UTM hires administrator to oversee food service on campus
With the chaos of the new semester slowly dying down, the Students' Administrative Council at the University of Toronto at Mississauga (SAC UTM) held their twice-annual book exchange last week with limited success.

UTM students join in protest of French ban on religious sings
UTM students recently joined hundreds of other demonstrators at a peaceful rally in front of the French Consulate in downtown Toronto to show opposition to proposed French legislation that would see all 'conspicuous' religious signs banned in France's public schools and state institutions.
