While most students rush to complete essays and assignments and study for exams for the end of the school year, residence students voted in favour of having an independent student society represent them, called the University of Toronto at Mississauga Residence Council (UTMRC)

Environmental concerns addressed on campus

Environmental problems at UTM are currently being addressed to accommodate next year’s increase in student population. The environmental modifications involve improving the campus recycling and composting systems amongs other things.

Volunteer awards ceremony recognizes services

UTM organized a Student Volunteer Awards Ceremony to recognize UTM students who have completed a minimum of 40 hours of charitable volunteer service between summer 2002 and winter 2003.

St. George beats UTM in hockey final

This past Sunday Varsity Arena hosted the first ever Tri-campus Hockey championship, which saw first place St. George B take on the second place UTM Eagles.
