Last Friday, U of T’s election results for this week’s referendum on the Canadian Federation of Students (CFS) referendum was announced. Three separate referendums occurred, involving the Students’ Administrative Council (SAC), Association of Part-time Undergraduate Students (APUS) and Scarborough Campus Student Union (SCSU).


SAC director ‘superceded his authority’

Recent controversy has erupted over the status and eligibility over Sheza Kahn’s position as Deputy Commissioner for Student’s Administrative Council (SAC) at UTM. In a recent letter distributed by e-mail, Kashif Yousef, SAC director and ex-Commissioner at UTM informed Kahn of her displacement due to his claims of her unreliability and breach of SAC By-laws.

Lady Eagles thump UTSC to win field hockey championship

On a balmy, warmish Saturday, at UTM’s north field, the Women’s field hockey team completed an amazing season with a championship win over Scarborough.
